I finally made my way into Theobroma Chocolate Lounge today, never really had a chance or the time to sit down and binge on Chocolate
I was mostly looking forward to their signature dish, a chocolate fondue set with seasonal fruits – Chocolate Affair

Seared Dukkah Crusted Tuna Loin
with Moroccan potato salad, rocket salad and preserved lime dressing
Raw Tuna in the middle, seared on the outside, tasted quite fishy.

All I can say is… today was not a very good day for me, and I think it is to do with being Friday the 13th!
I am not very superstitious but work was flat out, there were so many issues and queries that we had to resolve, it was like ongoing for the whole day [...]

Seared Atlantic Sea Scallops
with roast mango salad, mustard greens, and coriander dressing
I had this as my entrée, it tasted very succulent and delicious. The mango salad tasted just alright, it tasted like mashed tangerines.
The coriander dressing really suits the seared scallops.

Chocolate Mousse Cup
Felt like some petite dessert today, this was sinfully delicious if you are a chocolate or a mousse fan!
Baked Cheesecake
This was really good too, not too sweet, not too sickening, just right!
They look like a pair of cute baby sneakers.

Tangerines! fake ones though! They look good with the Chinese New Year decorations.

I did not go to the Lantern festival, went to Orbit for dinner instead, was there from 5.45pm till 11pm, was so exhausted, took many pictures from the Observatory, my eyes is so sore *_*, will update next [...]
